Job Description

• Responsible for the development and performance of Marketing & sales
• Setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
• Plan the marketing forecasts and analyze the findings and present to senior management
• Develops business plan and Marketing strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Research and identify new Channel Partners – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, solutions and services – or new ways of reaching upcoming markets
• Expand the relationships with existing partners and add new channel partners under the funnel.
• Should have expertise in participating in tenders, reverse auctions and other offers/quotations to submit with competitive prices to prospective clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations
• Resolve any issues faced by partners and manage complaints to maintain the trust.
• Coordinate with the internal team for delivering the finished product on time.

Qualification

B E/BTech Electrical OR Graduate in any stream

Experience

Minimum of 3 yrs experience in Marketing & Sales profile in Transformer manufacturing companies

Key skills

• Candidate shall be highly motivated, passionate, self -driven and team player.
• Candidate must have high level of negotiation and communication skill.
• Good Understanding of marketing research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Proficient with Computer software like MS office, CRM softwares, etc.
• Should be Willing to travel extensively
